How does Interactive Seating work?
EventPassHero's Interactive Seating lets you publish a visual map of your venue — tables, sections, and rows — so buyers pick their exact seat or table at checkout. You can enable guest self-selection or keep seats auto-assigned. A seat code wizard builds rows and seats in bulk. Every seat is printed on the ticket for smoother entry on event day.
What is Member Accountability?
Member Accountability gives each of your members, officers, or volunteers a personalized tracking link and an assigned sales goal. Sales driven by that link are attributed back to the member. Live leaderboards surface who is contributing, and you can email a member accountability report to your board or chapter directly from the dashboard.

What payment methods are accepted at checkout?
EventPassHero runs checkout on Stripe and accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App. Organizers choose whether ticket fees are passed to the buyer or absorbed by the organization — per ticket type.
Can I gate events by passcode or restricted emails?
Yes. EventPassHero supports passcode-protected events, purchase restrictions by buyer email or email domain, and per-buyer ticket caps. These controls are commonly used for member-only fundraisers, alumni-only galas, corporate mixers, and invite-only programs.
Is there an organizer app for event day?
